My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-great experiences. The rooms, though they had good amenities, had a strong unpleasant smell probably due to being booked at full capacity. On the positive side, the location was great right off the Florida Turnpike in Kissimmee, close to many stores, and the dining options were good despite some hiccups. Service had its ups and downs, ranging from being very nice to rudeness. Despite some issues, the hotel had its merits and demerits.
